1. Service Booking & Cancellation

• Cancellations should be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid service visit charges.

• If a technician has already been dispatched or has reached your location, a minimum visiting fee may apply, even if the service is not carried out.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• Service request canceled by us due to technician unavailability.

• Payment made in advance but the service was not delivered.

• Wrong payment charged due to a technical or billing error.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

• Once the repair/service has been completed successfully.

• If the customer denies service after the technician’s arrival.

• If appliance failure is due to issues beyond our scope (e.g., gas supply issues, physical damage, or electrical wiring faults).

3. Spare Parts & Warranty

• Payments for spare parts are non-refundable, as these are purchased/arranged specifically for the customer’s appliance.

• Spare parts may carry a limited warranty provided by the supplier/manufacturer. Warranty coverage will be clearly explained before installation.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the same mode of payment used at the time of booking.

• Customers must provide transaction details for verification before the refund is initiated.

5. Disputes & Clarifications

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Darbhanga, Bihar courts.
